BJUS organizes few events every year to keep us engaged and together. These are the events we have been organizing so far every year:
Annual Event
Annual Event is organized towards the end of the year after we are done with our festivals. It is organized in such a way that people from all over can attend this event. Kids & adults and prepare well ahead to participate in this event, thanks to our cultural directors. After the cultural programs are done the floor is open for DJ and dance. During the event appetizers, dinner and desserts are served along with soft drinks and hot tea when possible.

Holi Event
Chicago are is colder than other places and sometimes we still have snow in our yards until April month, hence Holi event is celebrated in April or around that time depending upon the logistics about the venue and all. BJUS team works very hard in every event including Holi to make every event better than previous one. During the event appetizers, dinner and desserts are served along with soft drinks.
Summer Picnic
Picnic is celebrated around summer and it is organized in a Park district shelter where adults and kids play outdoors. We have cooked Litti-Chokha during summer picnic many years, many thanks to those volunteers who volunteered to prepare for massive amount of Littis and Chokha for everyone who participated in summer picnic. We have fruits and famous Jhaal Murhi apart from Tandoori Chicken. Menu is not an important thing here, the togetherness is!
