These guidelines are created for BJUS to follow and apply a common rules and regulations on the component describe here.
Event Guidelines
Guests and members should take care of their belongings and their children at all times during the event.
Its advisable to keep children with you during entire event so that they can participate during events if there are any such programs.
BJUS Grand Prize
Grand Prize will be awarded based on the lucky draw, which will be drawn by a kid present on the event.
If a winner is absent from the event location, the prize will be given to next lucky winner.
Volunteer Guidelines
BJUS is a NOT-FOR-PROFIT organization registered under IL state. Everyone in the board member including president and volunteers have one or more life commitments and responsibilities including but not limited to work, family, kids etc. We should show some respect to those who are helping in anyway to plan, organize, decorate, bring programs, make the event grand and successful.
It gives me immense pleasure, satisfaction and time away from my stress from day to day work to be part of BJUS organization.
I welcome everyone to do their part at some point and consider being part of BJUS or just volunteer!
Membership Guidelines
Membership drive is applicable for the BJUS term which starts from Annual function 2022 and goes through Picnic in 2024 i.e. for 2 years.
Sponsorship Guidelines
Sponsors are welcome to sponsor events. There are many ways events can be sponsored.
Some of the examples are sponsoring for event food, event venue, event DJ, event awards or the whole event itself including but not limited to monetary contribution which will be used during the event itself.
Sponsor’s details and logo/cards will be added to BJUS website and Facebook page. Sponsors can provide their visiting cards, flyers to keep during BJUS event for event participants to pickup and share. Sponsors can also provide a small vertical banner with stand to be kept during event, banner has to be self supported and cannot be hanged on the wall.
Sponsorship is for individual events only and each event can be sponsored individually.
Note: Other than the mentioned locations, sponsor ads will not be displayed anywhere else. These guidelines can be changed anytime without needing any prior approval from any of the sponsors.
